In-Store Returns

Items purchased in Kandy Selection store may not be returned to www.kandyselection.com.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 20 days of purchase date for a full refund.
All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.
Merchandise returned after 30 days or without the original sales receipt will require a valid photo ID. These returns will be refunded with Kandy Selection merchandise credit at the current selling price, usable on future Kandy Selection store purchases.

You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you.

Kandy Selections will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Undergarments and swimwear are final sale for hygienic reasons.

If the customer wants to exchange their item by visiting any showroom they can go ahead with 2 types of location visits.

You can visit the Kadawatha Showroom and request any return initiating to your item by mentioning Online Return. The customer has to take their Invoice (or a clear image proof) regarding the purchases with them.
We will check the item for QC reasons and will inform the customer whether the return is accepted or not within a few minutes. Then the customer will be rewarded `"Store Credit`" which can use within www.kandyselection.lk only if the return is accepted. Or if any customer needed to exchange the item with another item, a `"Credit Note`" will be issued which can use for all other purchases on Kandy Selection.

You can visit any showroom located in Kiribathgoda, Nugegoda, Wattala, and Dehiwala as mentioned above. But it may take a few working days of the week to accept your return and Refund as Store Credit.
